Located at the heart of the iconic Saint Germain des Prés, the Hotel Lutetia reopened its doors in the summer of 2018. Founded in 1910, the hotel has been the crossroad of the greatest artists of the 20th century such as Ernest Hemingway, Joséphine Baker, Pablo Picasso… and many more. After four years of renovation driven by the international architect Jean Michel Wilmotte, the new Lutetia will combine heritage and modernity with 184 rooms including 47 suites and 5 signature suites, individually designed, will include two penthouse suites with private access to terraces as large as 70 sqm and boasting an unrivalled 360-degree view of Paris. The hotel also features the 700 sqm Akasha Holistic Spa with a 17m swimming pool. Also, an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and lounges throughout the ground floor including the return of the Lutetia Brasserie under the supervision of three Michelin starred chef Gerald Passedat.

Lutetia Brasserie

Three Michelin starred Chef and owner of the restaurant Le Petit Nice, a hundred-year-old authentic institution in Marseille, Gérald Passedat is the third generation in charge of this family business associating the art of hospitality and excellence on the table. Paralleling the Lutetia writing a new chapter in its history, the Chef Gérald Passedat will mark the gastronomy of the Left Bank with this very first Parisian address.  

Orangerie Restaurant

An ideal space to escape the hustle and bustle Paris’ Left Bank, The Orangerie is a uniquely peaceful area of the hotel, bathed with natural light and surrounded by orange trees. Breakfast ‘à la Française’ can be found here, a gourmet, healthy and organic selection of exceptional dishes and at the weekend patrons will be able to share brunch with family and friends while experiencing the Parisian art de vivre in this beautiful room.


The art deco designed patio sits adjacent to and is an extension of the Salon St Germain. A entirely new addition to the hotel, the Patio is the ideal place to enjoy an al fresco bite to eat or a refreshing drink.

Salon Saint Germain

The Salon Saint Germain has always been an iconic destination on the left bank and we are now delighted to reveal its magnificent and historical glass roof overlooking the art deco patio. Here diners can enjoy continental breakfast, lunch and dinner in an intimate and refined atmosphere. In the afternoon, a classic Parisian afternoon tea is served with a range of sandwiches, scones and home-made pastries.
