Azul Restaurant is a casual, all-day restaurant, located at the pool area and offering a panoramic oceanfront view to the Bahia de Banderas. The menu is an innovative take on traditional international cuisine. Delight your palate by ordering any of our five cuisine styles, including Chinese, Japanese, Mexican and Italian specialties. Her name evokes magic and mystery, in it nests the deepest mexicanity. A palate of aromas and flavor, which mix culinary delights. Every dish is full of art, color and awe. From yellow to purple, from tomato to thyme, Frida´s cuisine is a masterpiece that enriches our vast culinary heritage.
Menu samplings include: Pork Roasted Filet with Eucalyptus honey on green applesauce, and Volcano Mousse and Salmon Roll served on lobster tail and chili cascabel sauce.
