The Great House

Reflective of the former Plantations the Great House is at the heart of Park Hyatt St. Kitts. The Great House offers indoor and outdoor dining as well as the main hotel restaurant, a Rum Bar, chefs table, herb garden and a conservatory serving a Plantation Afternoon Tea. The Great House also features a library where the Resort Concierge is located.

The Fisherman's Village

The Fisherman's Village has been created to reflect the huts and berths that once lined the coastline of St. Kitts. The Fisherman's Village at Park Hyatt St. Kitts will offer an ocean to table dining experience for both lunch and dinner.

The Stone Barn

The Stone Barn on a Plantation was used to protect the sugar from the elements. Our Stone Barn will be used as an adult's only dining area offering food with limited components and a global influence.
